Enter your assigned bag number in View my bag. If you don't know your number, message Kim on TikTok.

How do I pay for live-sale items?

Look up your bag, check your remaining balance, then choose Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. You'll send payment in your chosen app. All payments are due on Mondays.

Is my live-sale bag the same as my cart?

Live-sale claims appear in your bag. The cart holds items you add from the online shop.

How much is shipping, and when do orders ship?

Shipping costs vary with current USPS rates. Orders ship on Wednesdays.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All items are sold as-is. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
